Terms & Conditions

1. During the rental period, guests/companies bear responsibility for covering tolls, parking fees, permits, and road taxes.

2. Our tariff, which excludes GST at 5%, can be provided upon request, ensuring transparency in pricing.

3. Billing is computed based on the distance traveled from our garage, located nearest to the reporting point, back to our garage, ensuring accurate invoicing.

4. If local duties surpass 7 hours or 70 kilometers, billing automatically transitions to the 10-hour or 100-kilometer package rate, offering flexibility and value.

5. Force Traveler vehicles are designed for city use and require a minimum booking duration of 10 hours, ensuring optimal utilization.

6. Outstation trip charges are calculated on a per calendar day basis, rather than by usage hours, providing clarity and simplicity in billing.

7. Outstation trips are billed for a minimum of 250 kilometers per calendar day, ensuring consistency in pricing.

8. Returning vehicles to our office after midnight during outstation trips will result in an additional day's chauffeur's allowance, aligning with industry standards.

9. For single-day outstation bookings with usage exceeding 200 kilometers each way, the chauffeur's allowance is doubled, acknowledging extended travel requirements and ensuring driver welfare.
